the picture of Dorian gray

I visited BKA Bundeskanzleramt on thursday (open doors- because of national day)Ballhausplatz is famous for its history: vienna congress took place here:there are still the open spaces that served spies to listen to the enemies . Schüssel in person made a bain de foule - he discovered that it is good to show some humanity caracters . What was really strange was the picture on the wall : first of all I thaught it was Schüssel himself who portraied himself in an old fashion way, but then i realised that it was schüssel. it is an ancient painting from 18th century - a guy called ...von something who was chancellor of austria and lokks exactly like schüssel- it is like if schüssel has made a pact with the devil- like dorian gray in order to become chancellor. Who is this count ? was he an achestor of schüssel ? or even is schüssel still this count and he survived 200 years ?
